I am Theresa. For the past 20 years, I have been on my own journey toward wellness for myself and those around me. Many of the traditional solutions to my ailments have not worked or my body has reacted badly. I have been frustrated trying to find solutions. Struggling with wellness can be tiring, discouraging, and feel hopeless. I do not wish this for anyone. We all deserve to have a body at ease. Along the way, I’ve discovered the transformative power of energy healing through multiple energy modalities and the Akashic Records. My personal health challenges have been the fuel that drives me to enthusiastically work with others in this energetic capacity.

I hold certifications in Ama-Deus®, Reiki®, and the Akashic Records.

What ties these practices together is energy. When our energy flows freely, our bodies and minds can function at their best. When it becomes blocked or stagnant, we may feel drained, stuck, or out of balance. Sometimes we all need a little help to get our flow back.
